Malaria Advice

Always sleep under a net or in a securely screened room

Air conditioning helps to eliminate mosquitoes

Synthetic pyrethroids vaporised on plug-in electric mats are effective

After dusk and in the early morning you should wear long sleeves, skirts or trousers

Deet and citronella oil are effective anti-mosquito agents and they can be used either impregnated on items on clothing or sprayed on exposed skin.

Prevention medication should be taken conscientiously precisely as advised.
